What You'll Do as a Sales Consultant:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Listen to customer needs and match them with the right vehicle options
• Guide clients through the sales process—from initial contact to final delivery
• Maintain product knowledge on all Ford models and pre-owned inventory
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build relationships
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth buying experience

What We're Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Passion for helping people and a drive to succeed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Sales experience is a plus—but not required. We’re happy to train the right person!
